Join me inside this quick 4-part audio-guided experience designed to help you create simple, flexible routines that support your child's developing brain, encourage emotional regulation, and bring more calm to everyday life.

Create rhythms that protect your connection, reduce daily overwhelm, and give your family a steady place to return to, wherever life takes you.

Yes! Let's create my rhythm.

You know they need a schedule. You know you need a schedule to support your family.  How much of a schedule do they need? What should the priorities be?

These questions are addressed in this audio mini-course.

In Module 1, we talk about the importance of a schedule and how schedules are created. You will walk away with activities and knowledge of time awareness. Helping your child learn how much time a task requires.

In Module 2, we identify priorities (your anchor points). These priorities are part of your schedule so you can return to this rhythm that works for you first, then for your family.  Questions will be presented to help you identify the priorities and time allotted within the schedule.

In Module 3, we discuss different schedule structures you can use as a guide to create your rhythm.  Your newly created rhythm will have anchor points that will be present across all types of schedules, including how to plan for unexpected events.

In Module 4, we discuss the main math topic that is taught in grades K-8. Math is cumulative, meaning concepts taught in the previous grade require some degree of mastery to be successful in the next grade.

A Bonus Module is designed with your travel routine in mind. Help keep your kids focused by tapping into their natural curiosity during travel, whether it is to the grocery store or India.

Hi! I'm Stephanie.
I have been in education for 16 years. I became a teacher because I loved math and it always clicked. I quickly realized that math did not come easily to everyone.  My math professor strongly suggested that I complete my math major to teach secondary math and beyond. It was not where my heart lay; I wanted to build a foundation that would set students up for success and develop a love of math.

During my first year of teaching, I quickly learned about classroom management, the schedule, the routines, and the structure needed to teach anything.    You know you need a schedule, and I am sharing my knowledge of how to build one that works for you during any transition.
